THE PROCESS
The Initial Consultation
The bespoke process for our brides begins with a private consultation with our Creative Director, Mershia. During this intimate session, we will explore your style ideas, inspirations, budget, and your deepest desires for your dream dress. This consultation can be held in-person at our studio, or virtually for our international clients.
Design & Measurement
Following our meeting, an invoice will be issued. Once a 70 percent deposit is made, you are officially onboard. If needed, You will receive a custom sketch at a fee that serves as the breathtaking blueprint for your gown’s production. Clients visiting us will have their measurements taken in-house, while our international clients will have a representative join in on a virtual measurements session to ensure we have accurate measurements
Crafting the Masterpiece
Applying our expert couture techniques and advanced fashion technology, Mershia and her dedicated team begin the meticulous work of bringing your sketch to life. For clients who are able to visit us, physical fittings will be scheduled at key milestones to ensure a flawless silhouette.
A Seamless Global Experience
We take immense pride in our global reach. It is important to note that a large percentage of our brides are international and never meet with us physically for consultations or fittings. Regardless of distance, every single bride receives the exact same luxurious experience, impeccable fit, and stunning outcome.
Important Details for Your Order
Timeframe: To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, the ideal order-processing timeframe for bespoke bridal dresses is six (6) months from your consultation date.
Guests: To maintain an intimate and focused environment, we warmly welcome you to invite a maximum of two loved ones to share in your consultation experience.
Express Orders: Should you require a shorter turnaround, you may request an express order by filling out our “Request a Custom Gown” . Our team will promptly get in touch to discuss how we can beautifully accommodate your timeline.
